BVA Welcomes Cristina Osmena - Operating Partner

It’s wonderful to welcome Cristina Osmena to the BVA team. Cristina joins BVA as an Operating Partner to focus on helping clients with fundraising, investor communications, and marketing.

She brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has worked at investment banks such as Hambrecht & Quist, Needham & Company, and Jefferies where she specialized in public equities of semiconductor process equipment companies such as Applied Materials, KLA-Tencor, and Lam Research. She was named one of the “Best on the Street” analysts by the Wall Street Journal for her skills in stockpicking. Subsequent to her career as an equity analyst, Cristina raised more than $315 million in assets for investment managers.

Cristina brings expertise in investor-facing strategies and has helped clients approach investor audiences of all kinds from private investors to large institutions.

Cristina was recently a VP of Corporate Development at SunPreme, a specialty solar panel manufacturer. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from UC Berkeley and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She also has the Series 7, Series 65, and Series 66 licenses
