Tim is an Operating Partner at BVA with expertise in product marketing, business development, and sales operations. Most recently, Tim was the Director of Business Development for Intel Capital.
His experience spans 20+ years in engineering, marketing and sales leadership roles.

Chris Augur

Chris has closed M&A transactions with Google, Intel, Oracle, ARM, Symantec, Seiko Epson, ViaSat, TPG, Conexant, Oak Technology, Gemalto, Fairchild as well as VC's and private investors.
He led these as a Managing Director at Intelligent Capital. Chris is also an experienced operating executive.

Darien was awarded multiple patents while developing FireEye’s detection platform and holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University
