Anita is an advisor at BVA following a successful 25+ years of global executive leadership in product development across the stack of silicon to systems and client services. She has worked at IBM, Intel and Lattice semiconductor.

Operating Partner focusing on assisting BVA clients with their DevOps and IT Security and Compliance requirements. His primary areas of expertise are in architecting systems and leading teams to support hyper-growth periods, navigate complex regulatory environments, and get early products to market.

Dan Lankford is an experienced business leader, entrepreneur, and investor. He has been CEO of 4 companies and chairman of 3 others. His experience as a CEO includes an IPO and a couple of successful sales in companies ranging from start-ups to $250M in revenue.

Chris is a serial Executive operator and corporate development consultant having most recently sold ZIVELO to Verifone, having joined ZIVELO's team to enhance the management & leadership in support of the company's rapid growth as well as drive the process to develop a strategic acquirer.

Jon is an Operating Partner at BVA. His focus is capital structure advisory, debt and equity capital raise, M&A, and restructuring. Jon’s background includes over 20 years of investment banking, restructuring, and portfolio management. Jon holds his Series 7, 79, and 63 FINRA broker licenses at FINRA member firms.

Steve focuses on investments in the enterprise software and electronic commerce areas. He has led successful investments in Broadbase (acquired by Kana), FrontBridge (acquired by Microsoft), Mimosa (acquired by Iron Mountain), and Entropic, Interwoven and ShoreTel, all of which became public companies.

Gary is an Operating Partner specializing in corporate & business development, go-to-market, technology partnership, cross border, helping companies build and grow businesses. Gary had a successful 20+ years engineering, business development, sales and general management career .

Tim is an Advisor to BVA with expertise in product marketing, business development, and sales operations. His experience spans 20+ years in engineering, marketing and sales leadership roles at Intel.

Albert Comparini is a Consultant to early stage, technology based companies. He has served on Boards of Director and in senior interim management positions for Bay Area companies, including the Board of InMage Systems, Inc. sold to Microsoft 2014.

Ken is an Special Advisor at BVA following a successful and extensive Technology and management career including CEO, GM, Board of Directors, VP of Technology and other senior executive roles for leading companies such as Novellus (now Lam Research), BOC Edwards, The Aerospace Corporation, Genus, and others.
