We work hard, but we have fun too. Along with the search business, Jerry's passion is ocean sailing on his Swan 48, Magic Cloud ---- Many a deal has been closed aboard her pitching decks.

We frequently host VCs and start-up CEOs on half day trips to foster team building and networking.  Recent sailing trips have included teams from Opus, Hummer, Morgenthaler, Alloy, Sofinnova, Silicon Valley Bank, UBS, Google and Focus Ventures.

More than 500 Silicon Valley Execs have had fun and enjoyed networking aboard "MC".

Since delivery in 2002, Magic has been sailed south to Mazatlan and north to Vancouver.  Other trips included Athens to Crete and Barcelona to Gibraltar in June 2006.
